Crowbar's Summer of Doom Tour with Hammer Fight, stopped in to Clifton Park, NY and played to a fairly packed club, I missed the opener Hammer Fight, but got some sweet shots of the other bands, and added a Lord Dying station ID to the roster (I already have ID's from the others). Lord Dying was the only band I never saw live, and they impressed me quite a bit, it was like Crowbar without the sad parts, hahaha, but damn, Lord Dying, those dudes, they rock.
Don broke a bass string early...
This drummer was like Animal from the Muppets
This little dude would sometimes disappear behind Tim, like Houdini....
See!
After Lord Dying crushed and broke everything, Battlecross took the stage, with a thrashy-er set with a solid fan base in attendance.
And finally NOLA's own Crowbar, sealed the deal on a sweet summer tour package worth checking out this 2015, get some!!!
Kirk's uncanny voice and guitar tone/style remains just the same as I remember from 20 years back when I saw them live with the Misfits and Killing Time 6/28/1997
